If a scheduled payment is declined or missed, there is a three business day grace period to correct the payment. If the payment issue is not resolved within this timeframe, a fee of $50 will be added to the next payment due. It is required that our office holds a credit card on file.
Should the outstanding payment and the additional fee remain unpaid, access to future appointments may be restricted until the account balance is settled, which could interrupt the continuity of your treatment plan.
